To keep my shop front uncluttered, I've decided to screen filled orders after a four week period - meaning the thread won't be visible to anyone outside the transaction and the people involved (i.e. me and the customer) will only be able to see their own comments). To keep track of filled orders and to provide a backup in case a customer loses their orders, they will be stored here.
